CONFIGURATION - PHASE .2 Total internal space 3600 sq ft
- Single Unit configuration 3600 sq ft - 2 Units configuration 2400 & 1200 sq ft - 3 Units configuration 1200 x 3 or possibly 1000 sq ft
TENURE The units are available on new flexible full repairing and insuring leases, for a term to be negotiated. The leases will be excluded from sections 24-28 inclusive of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
RENT Building rents on application and dependant upon the required use and specification.
